Billing Inquiry

Do you need a copy of your past bill?  Just send us a request for the copies you need and we will start the process of providing you that information.  We may have to call you and verify your request, but we assure you that the process will be as fast and as smooth as possible.

Do you think a charge on your last bill was not accurate?  Our Legal Services Contract, in part, states as follows:

In the event of any dispute over the fees and/or expenses charged, Client agrees that Client shall notify the Firm of such dispute in writing within thirty (30) days of the mailing of the applicable invoice of fees and/or expenses, otherwise such fees and/or expenses shall be deemed by the Client to be reasonable, acceptable and payable.

Therefore, it is essential that you review your bill every month.  We pride ourselves on efficient client-friendly billing, but we recognize that nobody is perfect. If you think there is an error in the amount of time referenced on your bill for the work performed by our firm or for the costs for which you were charged, please do the following:

  1. Identify the specific time or expense entry that you believe is incorrect; and
  2. Let us know why, in writing.

Our Account Manager, Tatyana Vaughn, will be your initial contact.  She may be able to answer your concern, but she may have to escalate your inquiry to one of the attorneys.  If that occurs, we appreciate your anticipated patience.
