Finley is a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. After college, Finley attended University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law where she was a member of the Journal of Animal and Environmental Law.

Finley now lives in Louisville, Kentucky. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out, and hiking.
