Vaughn & Smith, PLLC is happy to announce that Jessica Smith has been elected as President of The Arrow Fund.
The Arrow Fund’s mission is to rescue and rehabilitate animal victims of extreme torture, abuse or neglect. It further strives to educate the public regarding the ongoing problem of animal cruelty, and advocates strengthening locals, state and national animal welfare laws. The Arrow Fund is a non-profit corporation located in Louisville.
Ms. Smith has served on the Board of Directors for The Arrow Fund since 2016. She served as Vice President from 2018 to 2020. She is a member of its executive committee and legal committee. Ms. Smith was a medical foster for Oscar, an Arrow Fund rescue, in 2014. Oscar became a permanent member of her family that same year and was loved deeply until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge in July 2020.
