Vaughn & Smith is pleased to announce that Madilyn Nuxoll has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Madilyn was born in Charlestown, Indiana. She earned her undergraduate degree before attending the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Madilyn was an active member of the National Arbitration Moot Court Team, the Women’s Law Caucus, and several other student organizations that supported advocacy, leadership, and community involvement.
Madilyn still resides in the Kentuckiana area, where she enjoys a mix of city life and time outdoors. In her free time, she likes hiking, paddleboarding, and playing volleyball in local leagues. She also enjoys trying new restaurants around Louisville and spending time in Cherokee Park, whether she’s walking the trails or just relaxing with a book.
