Vaughn & Smith is pleased to announce that Jessica Smith will be teaching “Legal Ethics” for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company’s 2020 Kentucky Virtual Agent Seminar. This course will be presented on October 13, 2020.
The focus of her presentation will be on the ethical considerations placed on title agents when they are involved in the representation of multiple clients in a real estate transaction an or litigation. The all-day course includes other accomplished speakers and covers such topics as e-notarization, e-closings, underwriting access and survey coverage risks, title claims/caselaw/legislative updates and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
